# Smoking / Vaping It is strictly prohibited to smoke or vape indoors.

# Toilets Please do not flush toilet paper. Plumbing is sensitive, as in many places in Mexico. A small trash bin is provided in the bathroom.

# Noise / Neighbors Please keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM to respect other residents.

# Events No parties or events are allowed.

# Check-in / Check-outCheck-in: from 3:00 PM (flexible upon request) Check-out: before 11:00 AM

# Pets A pet may be allowed under conditions: All bathroom needs must be outside. Waste in common areas must be immediately cleaned. Additional fees may apply for pets.

# Cleanliness and Trash Please keep the space clean and dispose of trash in the designated bins.
