For your beach days, beach towels and chairs are provided in addition to bath towels. A small private balcony with four chairs also allows you to quietly enjoy the outdoors.
The residence offers pleasant communal areas with swimming pools and lounge chairs. Its location is especially convenient: you are close to Mega Soriana for your shopping and just steps away from the famous Fifth Avenue, with its restaurants, cafes, shops, and the lively atmosphere of Playa del Carmen.
During your stay, you will have private access to the entire condo, including the bedroom, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, and the private balcony.
You will also be able to enjoy the shared spaces of the Gaviotas II residence, including the pools and areas equipped with lounge chairs.
