It features an ultra-comfortable King bed, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc.), a private balcony overlooking the pool, an outdoor gym on the rooftop, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. Every detail has been designed to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay to the fullest.

We can coordinate your transfer from the airport to the condominium to make your arrival easier and more pleasant. If you wish to rent a vehicle during your stay, we also offer this service. Please note about Tulum: Tulum is a developing destination, power outages may occur, sometimes without prior notice. Guests will have full access to the condo and the common areas of the complex, including the pool and the outdoor gym. The condo features a self-check-in with a secure code, allowing you to arrive and depart at your convenience. Please note that some areas of the complex may be reserved or subject to specific hours according to condominium rules.

# Smoking / Vaping It is strictly prohibited to smoke or vape indoors.

# Toilets Please do not flush toilet paper. Plumbing is sensitive, as in many places in Mexico. A small trash bin is provided in the bathroom.

# Noise / Neighbors Please keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM to respect other residents.

# Events No parties or events are allowed.

# Pets A pet may be allowed under conditions: All bathroom needs must be outside. Waste in common areas must be immediately cleaned. Additional fees may apply for pets.
