The studio offers a king-size bed, double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, and a table for four. Perfect for short or long stays, it is fully equipped to ensure maximum comfort, whether for a vacation or an extended visit. Car rental option available, and several units in the same building if you’re traveling in a group.

We can coordinate your transfer from the airport to the condominium to make your arrival easier and more pleasant. If you wish to rent a vehicle during your stay, we also offer this service. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for more information or to book your transportation. There are several apartments available in the same building, ideal for families or groups traveling together.

Cell signal can be unstable, and the internet connection may be temporarily interrupted. These are common local realities beyond our control. # Toilets Please do not flush toilet paper. Plumbing is sensitive, as in many places in Mexico. A small trash bin is provided in the bathroom.

# Noise / Neighbors Please keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM to respect other residents.

# Events No parties or events are allowed.

# Pets A pet may be allowed under conditions: All bathroom needs must be outside. Waste in common areas must be immediately cleaned. Additional fees may apply for pets.
